VTC 800/30SR

The VTC-800/30 SR Vertical Machining Center features a high speed 40 Taper spindle, swivel spindle head (B-axis), full travelling column design and fixed table for machining of extremely long and heavy workpieces.

               

 

This machine is combined with a Nikken rotary table to give the machine full 5 axis machining capabilities, the swivel head (B axis) has a backlash-free design and can machine complex features and forms, this machine is an excellent option for large and heavy workpieces due to the Vertical travelling column design of the machine, the table stays stationary and the head does the travelling. This robust machine is capable of machining all types of materials from plastics to exotics.

Fitted with a Renishaw NC4 non-contact Laser Setter and RMP Probe System for fast and accurate part and tool setting.
