EDM can work from CAD models in most formats including stp, igs or dxf as well as having the in-house capability to design and develop components as well as complete assemblies using SolidWorks.

Manufacturing

​

EDM can manage complete projects from design to manufacture and have an established approved supply chain for surface treatments and material supply. We work in both hard and soft metals from various Aluminium grades to Alloy Titanium and Inconel. We also machine plastic and composite materials.

We have expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic design engineering and offer complex assemblies that use these disciplines.

Inspection is carried out using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Faro Arms. We also have on machine inspection capability.
